Perjury Rap for Karl Rove?

Editor & Publisher reports that Lawrence O’Donnell, senior MSNBC political analyst, believes that recent documents released by Time Inc. finger Karl Rove as the White House insider who leaked the identity of Valarie Plame as a CIA agent.

The E&P article suggests that if true and if Karl Rove told the Grand Jury in the Plame/CIA case that the grand jury he did not leak the information to reporters, that the result could be a perjury rap for Rove.
